Another Level Counseling and Consultation was founded on March 1, 2007 by Sonyia Richardson. Mrs. Richardson is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker by the state of North Carolina and had been providing outpatient counseling services in a private practice several years prior to starting Another Level Counseling & Consultation. Mrs. Richardson worked with a diverse population in her private practice and serviced a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults and couples.
Another Level Counseling and Consultation is a vision that Mrs. Richardson had to provide quality clinical services to diverse populations while expanding services the agency was able to offer. The agency continues to an array of services to meet the needs of children and adults. Mrs. Richardson serves as the CEO for the agency and provides oversight of clinical activities for the agency.

Samantha Suffren, MD
Another Level Counseling and Consultation is excited to have Dr. Samantha Suffren serving as our Medical Director. Dr. Suffren is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and provides clinical and medical oversight and leadership for the agency. She consults with staff on difficult cases and helps to ensure application of best practices to cases. Dr. Suffren brings a fresh perspective to the agency and focuses heavily on training of therapists and staff in order to continue to build clinical skills and services provided. Dr. Suffren has served as Medical Director of the agency since March 2010.
